How long does it take to make

• We ask to allow 2 weeks. Your order may be full filled before 2 weeks and if more time is required we will email you. 

How much does your rug cost

• The price will depend on the size and complexity of the design. If you would like a quote on a design you may have in mind please contact us. 

Do you do portraits

• We do not do realistic portraits but we can "cartoon" the portrait. 

How big can you make it

• As big as you would like!
• We also do custom sizing!

Can I do my own custom design

• Yes! Send us a .jpeg, .png, etc. of the design you would like. We will confirm if it is something we can do and send an invoice for the design.

Is there a deposit

• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• The deposit does go towards your balance

What happens if I don't pay the rest of the invoice

• You will not receive your rug and the rug will be sold at our discretion.

Do you ship

• We do ship! Currently only within the U.S and U.S territories. We do not ship internationally currently.

How much is shipping

• Shipping is calculated after we finalize the order. It's based on the weight and where it is being shipped to. Please keep in mind shipping prices are subject to change but we will always keep you updated on any changes that may happen.

Do you do discounts

• Yes! On orders of 5 or more rugs we will do 15% off.

Do you charge for rush orders

• Yes, we do a $30 charge for rugs under 3ft. Rugs 3ft or more will be a 25% charge of your total balance. Your order will be fulfilled within one week.

How long is my invoice valid

• 30 days from the time sent

Do you deliver

• At this time we are not delivering

Do you have free shipping

• Yes! On all orders over $600

Can I hang my rug on the wall

• Yes, there is a fee and it will depend on the size of the rug.
• Just let us know when you are placing your order!

Do you do refunds

• No, all sales are final

Can I wash it

• We do not recommend putting your rug in a washing machine or a dryer. We recommend spot cleaning.

What type of materials do you use

• Currently we are using a mixture of wool, cotton and acrylic fibers.
